A Career That's the Size You Make It
Real estate is one of the most accessible high-income paths available without a college degree, and most people who'd thrive in it never look twice.
Who actually does well here
The best agents aren't the ones who already know everything about real estate. They're good with people, self-motivated, and willing to put in focused effort for about 10 weeks to change their financial trajectory. School teachers and nurses make exceptional agents. Organized, strong communicators, used to managing relationships under pressure, used to working hard. The skills transfer almost completely. The income ceiling is just much higher. If you're on the fence because you think real estate isn't for you, let's find out together. We've seen every type of person succeed here.
What the job actually looks like
Uncapped income, tied directly to your effort, not a salary band. A schedule you build around your life, not the other way around. Real relationships with clients, at the center of one of the biggest decisions most people ever make. None of it is automatic. It's a real business, and it takes real work. But the ceiling is yours to set.
The path from here
Six TREC-approved courses, 180 hours, usually finished in 6 to 8 weeks with about 1.5 hours a day. A personal mentor instructor from day one, a licensed Texas broker, reachable 7 days a week. Daily live Zoom study groups. And when you're licensed, we connect you; Texas brokerages reach out to us every week asking for our graduates. Enrollment to licensed and placed with a broker: about 10 weeks.
