We want you in the right course, not just any course. Here's exactly how enrollment, changes, and refunds work, in plain English.
Enroll with confidence, you have 3 business days to change your mind.
Life happens, plans shift, and sometimes a course just isn't the one you needed. That's why every enrollment comes with a 3-business-day grace period from the date you sign your enrollment agreement: cancel in writing within that window and we'll refund you in full, no reason required.
Once the grace period ends, your seat is locked in.
After the 3-business-day window closes, refunds are no longer available, your enrollment is committed and your course access is fully activated. Every course stays open to you for 6 months from the day you enroll, so there's plenty of runway to finish comfortably, even with a busy schedule.

Before you spend a dollar, we're happy to pull up your TREC record with you, count the hours you already have, and point you at exactly the course or package that closes the gap, nothing more. It's the easiest way to make sure your enrollment is right the first time.
