Most Texas real estate schools use "self-paced" as a polite way of saying you're on your own. Here's your login, here's your material, good luck. That's not what it means at School Estate. You choose when you study. Morning before work, a Tuesday night, a weekend binge session. But every day, there's a live Zoom study group running, 2 to 3 times a day, including weekends. And from your first day, you have a personal mentor instructor, a licensed Texas broker, reachable by phone, text, or email, 7 days a week. Flexible schedule. Never a flexible amount of support.

How fast this actually goes

Most students finish all 180 hours, six courses, in 6 to 8 weeks, studying about 1.5 hours a day. From enrollment to licensed and placed with a broker is typically 10 weeks total. There is a real minimum. TREC caps study credit at 12 hours per day, so a 30-hour course can't be completed in less than about 3 days. That's the only limit. Beyond that, the pace is entirely yours.
