Your first renewal.
Made simple.
You got licensed. You're working. Now TREC wants 98 hours of SAE before your first two-year renewal, and the last thing you have is spare time. So we made this the fastest, easiest education you'll do: everything online, log in whenever your day allows, and a live team on the phone every single day if anything trips you up.
Make a Nest builds working agents a professional website, built around your actual production, live in 72 hours. School Estate students and alumni get the $595 setup fee waived with code SCHOOLESTATE.

Four packages, two sizes, two elective options.
Every package covers Real Estate Brokerage and Real Estate Investment. Pick Sales and Marketing or Property Management as your third elective (highlighted below), then choose 90 hours if you're taking Legal Updates separately, or 98 hours to cover the whole renewal, Legal Updates included, in one enrollment.
Only need one class to top off your hours?
If your TREC record says you're a course short, take exactly what's missing, nothing more. Every course counts toward your SAE renewal and comes with the same live daily support.
One TREC timing rule to know before you start.
TREC requires at least 3 days between starting a 30-hour course and completing it, that is, taking its final exam. You're not restricted from starting more than one course at a time, the 3-day clock just runs separately for each course. Plan around it and the paperwork takes care of itself.
Not sure how many hours you still owe?
Call before you spend a dollar. We'll pull up your TREC record with you, count what you've already got, and tell you exactly which package or course closes the gap. Seven days a week, a real person answers.
