A nearly perfect 5.0-star record. Zero doubt.

"I can't say enough good things about my experience with Blaise and the team at School Estate. I was terrified of the real estate exam. I had very little confidence in my ability to pass the exam. 85 national questions. 40 state questions! I had a lot on the line. I was switching careers, and passing this exam was paramount. I used all of the tools School Estate offered. I read, watched videos, studied, took practice exams, quizzes, and even crammed the weekend before the real exam. Blaise said he would always be there if I had questions. He said all I had to do was call or email. And I did. I felt bad about all of my phone calls and emails. He never even blinked. He was ALWAYS there for me. He answered EVERY question I had. He even told me he was extremely confident I'd pass the exam. And guess what?? I crushed it on my first attempt. Passed both tests. THIS is the course to take, and Blaise and School Estate are the person and place to take it from."

"School Estate for the best choice for me to get my Real Estate License. The material you receive are spot on and if you read them and go through the practice exam, you will pass the licensing exam in your first try. Furthermore, they are always there to support you and answer any questions you may have. My mentor, Blaise Timco, was the most awesome mentor ever! He walked me through every step of the way until I found a nice brokerage firm to sponsor me. I strongly recommend the School Estate and you do not need to look any further elsewhere! Best of luck to you all!"
