- I have paid for the test, what should
I do next?
If you have successfully paid for the test, an Email will be
sent to your Email ID with the payment details. After payment
you can do any of the following activities:
- Schedule for the test
- Take online Practice Test
- Find Sessions
- Find Test Center

- I need special accommodation, what
should I do?
All examination centers are equipped to provide access in accordance
with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, and every
reasonable accommodation will be made in meeting a candidate’s
needs. Applicants with disabilities or those who would otherwise
have difficulty taking the examination should make a request
for alternative arrangements with PSI. Requests for any special
accommodations should be made in writing, describing the specific
accommodations that will be needed, and must include supporting
documentation on official letterhead from a licensed professional.

- I want to download candidate information
bulletin, where can I find that?
The link to download the candidate information bulletin is available
in the home page of PSI:
- Select the State and the licensing agency.
- Click the download candidate information bulletin button.
- Select the license type and the portion details, and click
on the Continue button.
- Select the Test Center and click on the Continue button.
- Select the date and month (or date range) to check the available
sessions.

- Why should I provide my SSN?
Your SSN number or your candidate ID issued by the state licensing
agency, which ever is applicable, is linked to your PSI registration
details. This will help you instantly access all your test and
payment records.

- I need to take the test again, what
should I do?
If you need to take the test again then you have to sign in
using your user name and password and then click on the Apply
for a retest link under the My Task column.

- I was unable to take my test, what
should I do?
If you were unable to test, you will need to re-schedule your
examination. This can be accomplished at www.psiexams.com, calling
PSI Customer Service at 800-733-9267, by fax at 702-932-2666
or by mail.
Please be aware that PSI examination policy (as detailed in your
Candidate Information Bulletin) states that you will forfeit your
examination fee, if you:
1. Do not reschedule your appointment at least 2 days before the
scheduled examination date.
2. Do not appear for your examination appointment.
3. Arrive after the examination start time or
4. Do not present proper identification when you arrive for the
examination

- I'm unable to register for an exam,
what may be the reason?
You must be signed-in to your PSI account before you can register
to take your exam. Some examinations also require pre-approval
by your state agency before you may register to take your test.
If you are not able to register for your license examination,
please contact your state agency to determine if you have completed
all necessary requirements. Once PSI has received your exam eligibility
from your state agency, you will then be able to register.

- My eligibility date has expired, what
should I do?
Some examinations require pre-approval before you can take your
license examination. If your eligibility date has expired, you
will need to contact the state agency responsible for issuing
your license and provide the necessary information to become
eligible once again.

- My registration has expired, what
should I do?
If your exam registration has expired, you will need to re-register.
For most exams, this can be accomplished right here at www.psiexams.com,
calling PSI Customer Service at 800-733-9267, by fax at 702-932-2666
or by mail. Some exams require application forms and additional
requirements to be submitted to PSI before your registration
can be approved. Please consult your Candidate Information Bulletin
for more information. If your exam requires pre-approval from
your state agency, you will need to contact your state agency
and complete any necessary requirements before you may register.
Once PSI has received your eligibility from your state agency,
then you may register for your exam. Since exam registration
fees do not rollover, you will need to pay for your renewed registration.
